Can I get on and off the bus?

Yes, you can get on and off as you please.

 

Is the pass valid for 24 hours?

No, the pass is not valid for 24 hours. If you buy a one day pass at noon, for example, you can use it until the end of the service (same day).

 

Is there a ticket for a half day or for a two-hour tour?

No, we only provide 1 or 2-day passes.

 

Do you operate on Sundays and holidays?

Yes, our tours operate 7 days a week.

 

Do I have access to public transport (bus and/or subway) with the Nice Le Grand Tour pass?

No, our passes are only valid on our bus line.

 

Will there be a commentary?

Yes, commentaries are provided in 7 languages (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian and Japanese). A set of headphones will be provided free-of-charge when purchasing your ticket.

 

Should I return the headphones after the tour?

No, you can keep them.

 

How frequent are the buses?

Every 30 minutes from April to October.
Every hour from November to March. For more information please check our schedule on this website (practical information).

 

Can I get on the bus with my pet?

No, only guide dogs are allowed on board.

 

Are the buses wheelchair-accessible?

There is no problem if the chair is foldable and the person can occupy an available seat on board. However, buses with wheelchair access are limited, for any further information please contact us: +33 (0) 4 92 29 17 00.

 

Can I get on the bus with my luggage?

Only if you do not disturb other passengers, block the bus doors or the passageway. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

 

Do I have to use my two day pass on consecutive days?

Yes, the days must be consecutive.

 

Can I smoke on the bus?

No. For your safety, smoking is strictly forbidden.

 

Can I buy the tickets on the bus?

Yes, you can buy them directly from the bus driver.

 

What forms of payment are accepted on board?

You can pay by cash, credit card or cheque. Traveller’s cheques are not accepted on board.

 

Do students and senior citizens get a discount?

Yes, they do.

 

Is there a group rate?

Yes, for groups over 10 people a discount of 15% will be applied directly on the bus.

 

I have a 3-year-old child, does he need a ticket?

No, admission is free for children under 4 years old.

 

Does the Nice Le Grand Tour pass grant access to the museums?

No. The pass is valid only for Nice Le Grand Tour buses but most of the museums are free.

 

I have a voucher. Can I exchange it on the bus?

Yes, you can.
